Starbucks and their closing tonight

So I saw on CNN that all of the Starbucks stores were closing for a few hours tonight.

Apparently every single employee is getting re-trained. And it is happening at the same time across the board. I suspect it is some sort of live video teleconference thing.

I think this is interesting.

Clearly they are losing a lot of money by closing all of their stores for 3 hours. But they are doing so for a good reason. I know I hate experiencing inconsistency in restaurant chains.
