Visa IPO May Be Largest in US History

So I saw today a story on the Visa IPO.

Apparently, the Visa IPO may be largest in US history.

And how large is the largest?

Well, it could raise almost $19 billion from an initial public offering, according to a Yahoo story.

Argh, Visa! is what I say.

But, if interested, they will offer 406 million shares at $37 to $42 per share.
