Paying off credit cards is fun. And it reveals just how silly credit card companies are.
I paid off a credit card.
And then the most amazing thing happened.
They raised the credit limit for me.
Wasn't that nice of them?
How silly they are to think that it will make me charge it right back up.
Of course, the sad part is that this little tactic works on a lot of people.
Ah, but not me. I'm on a mission. A debt reduction mission.
And I suspect that this is not the first card that will get a credit limit increase as I pay them off.
